Comfort Suites Downtown

Had a great stay at the comfort suites downtown. Staff was friendly and they gave us a nice City view room. Continental breakfast was great! The eggs were not watery like most continental breakfasts, and all the food was fresh! They even had a waffle maker with regular and blueberry flavor which was amazing! Parking is very difficult. The city is very busy and there is lots of construction going on. We had to leave for an event so we were trying to find parking with hourly rates nearby and we couldn't. So we had to park underground and pay $22 for an hour and a half. And then when we came back we were having trouble finding overnight parking nearby but we ended up finding one about a 10-minute walk away. Our room was very nice and clean with a nice view. However, because they were doing construction in the building across from the hotel, the construction workers started banging at 6:00 a.m. And given we went to bed at around 3:00 a.m. this was very difficult to get a good night's rest. The rooms do have blackout curtains which helps but the loud noise from the construction was definitely frustrating. Overall it was a great experience and would stay there again.

This place was awesome. With free breakfast,nice rooms,and good service.i recommend that you come here if you like views because there is a balcony

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn. The staff member Puma was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. She greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude really made my stay more enjoyable!

Me and my friend stayed here for a night. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable the only complaint I would have is the shower. The water pressure is almost like someone is dumping a bucket of water on you. The service was top tier. The front desk was so sweet and considerate. I would like to mention Yogesh personally. He helped us multiple times with small things and was so sweet and thoughtful! The location is center town so it’s a little confusing to get to and the parking is confusing but that’s not the hotels fault at all. Overall a great experience. 8/10

Today is my second visit since 5 months ago. Typical Comfort Inn down to earth Style in the room. Clean and affordable. Breakfast included typical pancakes egg sausage cereal type, nothing is fancy but it's included so no complaints. Location is awesome restaurants and bars are completely downstairs. Highly recommend requesting above 10/F to avoid road noise. A lot of reviews complained about the valet parking situation which is quite true. The valet ppl only work till certain hours so better to call ahead to check with your check in schedule. I had no issues to find street meters parking nearby and paid by the app(paid hrs 8am-11pm). I usually arrive on Saturday early evening. This is the second time I could find street meter parking right outside of the hotel. Will definitely revisit.

this location is a great area in downtown near St Catherine’s street that has a lot of shopping and food. It’s easy to access anything like walking, ubers, metro. At night it becomes a party street with the patios of restaurants and pubs. Overall great area and you don’t get bored. The hotel has decent breakfast (pancake, breads, fruits, sausage and egg, yogurt, 2 cereals). The room however was what you expected when you pay for it but it could’ve been updated, renovated and cleaned more for sure. Our lamp shade was broken and the room appeared dirty. The bathroom is kind of small but the room is spacious. There are 2 elevators and 1 wasn’t working so it was inconvenient having to wait so long for 1 elevator. We had a car so we had to park it in the parking lot in front of the hotel (hotel doesn’t have their own parking lot) for $40 a night. The people running the parking lot takes your keys but you can easily get the keys back when you need to take your car out. 80 is a lot of money for parking your car there but had no issues with it except with the price. Overall enjoyed my 2 night stay there.
